I was born in Budapest during a tumultuous period, marked by the Hungarian Uprising of 1956. Growing up in a restricted environment, I experienced a life of scarcity and witnessed the widespread use of alcohol as a coping mechanism for the emotional scars of past wars and political turmoil.
Embracing the belief that leaving life to chance is unwise, I made the life-altering decision to immigrate to Canada at a young age. This choice set the stage for a life of deliberate decision-making, leading to both successes and regrets. A pivotal moment came during a failed attempt to climb Kilimanjaro, where I learned the impact of my fears and the importance of self-forgiveness on my decisions.
This experience sparked deep introspection, leading to the realization that our irrational fears and our inability to forgive ourselves are key factors influencing our decisions. I emphasize the importance of understanding and controlling our fears, and the power of self-forgiveness in making better choices in life.

“To achieve mental clarity, we must recognize what motivates our fears, fuels our negative emotions, and ultimately learn to falsify our deceptive fears, rather than endorse them.”

“To act as rational human beings and coexist harmoniously with nature, understanding the profound concept of forgiveness is essential. Forgiveness serves as both the answer and remedy to transcend our fears, and advance toward mental peace and equilibrium.”
